CranioSacral & Reiki

I practice CranioSacral and Reiki as body rooted contemplative practices that are relational, holistic and intentional. As the practitioner, I listen to the clients system with care and respect in a collaborative manner. The practice is one of remembering innate belonging through stillness, soft touch and unconditional acceptance. I come to this work from my experience as a dance artist and curiosity about the experimental open ended nature of body-mind-spirit work.

What is CranioSacral?

CranioSacral is an anatomically precise modality grounded in manual and energetic practice. This gentle relational technique enables the body to release restrictions and holding patterns in order to promote deep healing. The effects of soft touch can be profound, reaching levels that many other more forceful manual therapies can’t achieve.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. It is a contemplative practice like meditation and a Japanese form of hands-on healing in which a practitioner places their hands on or near an individual’s head, throat, chest, abdomen, knees, and feet to redistribute stagnant energy.

Reasons to Book a Session:

Soft touch healing modalities can assist in alleviating burnout, anxiety, migraines, low energy, confusion, and aid in the healing of physical and emotional wounds.

Post-session Benefits:

Experience quicker recovery from physical and emotional injuries, profound relaxation, boosted energy levels, a feeling of wholeness, mental clarity, and self-compassion.
